Wednesday afternoon Captain Peter Kadel of the PVS Police Department was left a letter in his squad car. Here is what was found.

The other day I saw Caroline writing on some paper. The letters were large and crudely drawn. She gives off evil vibes too. She is known to be sarcastic and cold.
